Terms of Service

1. You must be 18 or older
JustSexual is strictly for adults. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to use an adult dating service where you live. We verify age at signup and remove accounts that misrepresent it.
2. Consent comes first
Every interaction on JustSexual must be consensual. Harassment, pressure after a clear no, non-consensual sharing of images or personal details, and any sexual content involving minors result in immediate, permanent removal and, where required, a report to authorities.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of your profile. One account per person; no impersonation, no commercial solicitation, no spam. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service — for example storing your photo, producing the blurred preview shown publicly, and revealing the original only to people you match with.
5. Safety tools
You can unmatch, block, and report any member from their profile or your conversation. Blocking removes you from each other's discovery and deletes the match and conversation. Reports are reviewed by our team.
6. Termination and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. Deletion permanently removes your profile, photos, likes, matches, and messages.
7. Disclaimers
JustSexual is provided as-is during early access. Meet people in public first, tell a friend where you're going, and use your own judgement — we don't run background checks on members.
